By downloading or using Auto Clicker ("the App"), developed by Alec Bogdan ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. Contact us at inkpocket.app@gmail.com.

1. What the App does

Auto Clicker automates repeated taps, scrolling, and page reloads inside its own built-in browser. It also includes tools (CPS/APM tests, a tap counter, a reflex game). On iOS, it additionally includes a step-by-step guide for setting up Apple's Switch Control accessibility feature. On both platforms the App cannot tap inside other apps directly; on iOS, the Switch Control guide explains Apple's own method for automating gestures system-wide.

2. Acceptable use

You are responsible for how you use the App. You agree not to use Auto Clicker to:

• Violate the terms of service, rules, or acceptable-use policies of any website or third-party service you automate;
• Create fake engagement, manipulate votes, ratings, giveaways, or metrics, or otherwise abuse any platform;
• Break any applicable law or infringe anyone's rights.

You use automation on third-party websites at your own risk. We are not affiliated with, and do not endorse, any website you choose to open in the App.

3. Free tier, Pro subscription, and ads

The core features are free and supported by ads. Auto Clicker Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks unlimited tap points, higher speed, humanized clicking, unlimited saved macros, and removes ads.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account (on iOS) or your Google Account (on Android) at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings (on iOS) or in Google Play subscriptions (on Android) after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
• Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region.

4. Intellectual property

The App, its design, and its content are owned by us and protected by law. Third-party names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners; we claim no affiliation with them.

5. Disclaimer of warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that automation will work on every website, that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will meet your specific needs.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the App, including any consequences of automating third-party websites.

7. Changes and termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
